We won “EU Project of the Year” at ACEEU Triple E Awards 2025!

We are proud to announce that EQUNI project has received the title of “EU Project of the Year” at the ACEEU Triple E Awards 2025 ceremony which took place at the historic Lobkowicz Palace in Prague.
The Triple E Awards, including 19 categories of excellence, are a global recognition of efforts towards entrepreneurship and engagement in higher education, focusing specifically on different dimensions of the universities' third mission.
The EU Project of the Year Category recognizes currently running or completed projects funded by the European Union. It highlights initiatives that demonstrate exceptional innovation, collaboration, and societal impact.
EQUNI stood out for its creative and impactful approach to building more inclusive universities. By integrating training programmes, summer schools and the introduction of micro-credentials that validate skills and personal growth, the project equips students and staff with practical tools to strengthen emotional intelligence and counter discrimination.
The project’s flagship EQUNI Game – a collaborative board game where players face the “Monster of Discrimination” – has already engaged many participants, sparking reflection and teamwork around issues of equality and inclusion.
This recognition underscores the commitment and hard work of all project partners. Winning the Triple E Award is not only a proud moment for the consortium, but also a strong motivation to continue advancing equality, empathy and inclusion in higher education across Europe.
